It’s quite simple.  Value Hound is a local discount membership that unleashes savings all around town! Value Hound has partnered with merchants all over the Jacksonville area to bring its members an endless amount of savings without clipping coupons or searching online for a deal.   Merchants all over Jacksonville are honoring a continuously exclusive discount for Value Hound’s members! But it goes beyond discounts. We have a kids eat free list and a constantly updated event calendar with all the fun places you can go to in our area and are adding more every day. What is the cost to join Value Hound?

The cost is only $60 for an annual (12 month) membership. The cost is minimal compared to all the savings we’ve dug up.  Join today to unleash your savings.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes! We don’t want your information out there on the internet any more than ours. We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We also won’t sell your information to any third parties.

How do I use my membership?

Value Hound will send you a  membership card with your name and membership expiration date on it.  Just simply show a participating business your Value Hound card and voila~ instant discount!

When will I receive my membership card?

Value Hound will ship you a membership card within 5-7 days of your order.

Can my spouse or other family members use my card?

Sorry, your card is just for you. Memberships are non transferable.

Can I buy more than one membership and use as a gift?

No doubt about it! This would make a great gift! Just order another membership here.

Does my membership expire?

Yes. Your membership expires one year from the date of purchase.

How do I know where my card is valid?

Our merchants will have a Value Hound decal placed in their window or at their register. However you can search the discount directory to sort and search for your favorite merchants.

What if I have a problem with a Merchant not honoring my membership?

Oh no! That is definitely not something to wag our tail about!  If a merchant does not honor your card and you have a valid membership please contact us and we’ll investigate. Customer complaints will result in business eviction. We’ll kick the hound out of the dog house. Just email us at howlatus@valuehound.com.

Can I refer a friend?

Absolutely! We like to travel in packs!  Feel free to tell all your friends!

Can I combine my discount with other offers or specials?

No, unless the merchant agrees to those terms, and some will.
